Philip H. Sears, III

With over 30 years in the financial services industry, Phil has extensive institutional asset management experience closely working with bank trust & investment departments, investment advisors and financial consultants throughout the country.  He as worked with large asset management firms such as SEI Investments as well as Accessor, Saratoga and Bender Capital Management.  His multi-discipline experience also includes over 10 years in the insurance industry working in marketing, product development management at Aegon, Principal Life and MetLife Insurance companies.  This background provides his clients with a perspective that comes from many years as an industry wholesaler and as an investment advisory representative.

Phil is most comfortable working within a planning and implementation process based on education, assessment, experience and ongoing monitoring.  He prefers to work in a collaborative environment with clients and other professionals such as CPAs, accountants and attorneys.  This approach lends itself to better planning and more precise implementation. 

Phil lives in Chester County, PA with his wife and two daughters and has been a resident of this area for more than 40 years.  He graduated from Villanova University in 1981 with degrees in Economics, Political Science and Pre-Law.  Phil is also involved with several local charities and community organizations.
